The last couple months have been some of the toughest that the Corvus and her crew have seen. While en route to the Iota Centauri system, we learned that the UE had classified Lisa Kobayashi as a terrorist. We stopped short of orbit around Proserpina to assess the situation and decide what to do, and how best to contact the UE to resolve this issue. While in our holding pattern, Lisa stole the shuttle Hope, severely damaging the Corvus's shuttle bay in the process. To make matters worse, two of our residents were in the shuttle bay at the time, but thankfully inside the shuttle Perseverance. While this kept them alive, due to the damage to the shuttle bay, they were trapped. Vodka performed an emergency spacewalk to attempt to open the outer shuttle bay doors so that the Perseverance could fly down to the colony. However as we reached the colony, an unknown ship opened fire on the Corvus. Because we had a crew member outside the ship, our maneuverability was severely limited. Corvus became severely damaged in the attack, and I was forced to order abandon ship. Our recently added medic, Sarah Coleman, was shot and killed by the attacking ship.

Using the Perseverance and the lander Victory, all other souls aboard made it safely to the surface, where we have been in hiding for the last couple months while repairs have slowly been made to the Corvus. Vodka was severely injured in an explosion, but is thankfully on her way to recovery. We have also managed to pick up a few additions to the family.

(( OOC note: All references to the official Vita Isabella mission at island 223 have not been recorded in the ship's log. ))

The Corvus has been loaded up with a shipment of fertilizer destined for Douya er colony, as well as other equipment that we believe will aid us and bring in a profit along our route beyond Douya er. Flight preparations are under way, and we expect to be on our way tomorrow. The trip to Douya er is only a day away, however the acclimation process will take a few days since Douya er has a far lower oxygen content than is standard for human life.

We have arrived at Douya er, but due to low oxygen on the surface, we will have to remain on the ship for a few days to acclimate. Oxygen levels have been lowered and continue to lower. We should be ready to leave the ship in a couple days.

(( During this time, people may feel ill and get headaches. The crew has been instructed to drink lots and lots of water. ))

Our stay at Douya er, initially meant to be one day, has turned into an extended visit. Corvus crew had the opportunity to assist in the capture of Gwendolyn Akona, after discovering the presence of the UES Iowa, also in orbit around the planet. Iowa has been far more interested in talking than our last encounter with a UE vessel, and I believe significant progress has been made.

Iowa has sent repair crews to visit the Corvus. I'm sure this is as much of an investigation into the incident as it is an attempt to patch relations, but I welcome both. We will be hosting guests from the Iowa soon.

We have left Douya er and are on our way back to Dry Creek for a sale. The UES Iowa is following us, having offered repairs after applying on our behalf for a change in Corvus's status from "terrorist." We expect to be at Dry Creek in a day.

We have spent the last week at Hell Hole, after spending about a week in the queue. QC being down across the galaxy, it has taken extra time to set up potential jobs. We have several options available, and expect to be under way within a few days.

We will be arriving at Kimid colony in three days to deliver supplies. QC being down, we can only hope they are prepared to accept what we are delivering.
